Have you ever asked yourself, “What am I really called to do?” I know I have. For years, I chased hustle, checked all the boxes, even built businesses that looked successful. But something was missing.

That’s when God gave me the CALLED™ Framework. Six simple steps that shift your focus from striving to walking in His calling.

From Hustle to Calling

Hustle culture tells you to grind harder. Kingdom culture calls you to walk closer. The difference isn’t just in the pace. It’s in the source.

When your strength comes from hustle, you burn out. When your strength comes from Christ, you build with peace.

The CALLED™ Framework was born from my own journey of letting God reorder my steps. It’s not theory. It’s testimony.

The CALLED™ Framework

Here’s the path God laid out:

• C — Come Back to Christ (John 15:4)

• A — Audit Your Life (Psalm 139:23–24)

• L — Listen for Direction (John 10:27)

• L — Launch with Purpose (Proverbs 16:3)

• E — Empower with Kingdom Mindset (Romans 12:2)

• D — Deliver in Obedience (James 1:22)

Each step builds on the last. Together, they bring you back to God, clear out the noise, and give you a path forward that aligns with His Word.

1. Write It Down
   List the six CALLED™ steps in your own words. Which one feels easiest for you right now? Which one feels hardest?

2. Pray It Out
   In My Prayers for Today, ask God to prepare your heart for the step that feels most difficult.

3. Apply It
   Use the How can I apply this scripture to my life? section to write one way you’ll begin practicing the framework this week.

This isn’t about rushing through. It’s about creating space to walk with God step by step.

What I’ve Learned

When I tried to live without structure, I drifted. When I tried to live by hustle, I burned out. But when I followed this Spirit-led framework, I found peace and purpose.

God is a God of order. The CALLED™ Framework is one way He gave me order in the middle of chaos.
